Food Charity

Second Harvest Japan and Food for all

I compare these two food charity organizations

  • What are their main activity/events?
They are food charity organizations so, of course, they forcuss on providing food with people who really need. For exanple, food bank and harvest kitchen.

  •  How do they deal with the problem of food waste?
They collect it like canned food, frozen food and so on in order to reuse. They never waste food. That's the spirit of food charity.

  •   How would you be able to help/volunteer for these organizations?
There are a few options. You can contribute to Second Harvest Japan donating food and money. On the other hand, you can offer money and routine stuff like clothing for Food for all.

  • Which group seems to be the most active?
It is deafinitely Second Harvest Japan. You can tell that by latest postings and because its website is very coloful, it looks more active.

Feeding a pet human food

Today, I read  a certain article, "For Pets, It's Fat Thursday With Pies, Dressing Under the Table" from the wall street journal.  It was adout feeding pets human food and danger about that. According to the article, some human foods like breads, chocolate and sugar are quite risky and "more than half of all dogs and cats are overweghit, Mr. Ward's research finds, yet owners don't always realize it." Owners might just want to share tasty foods with their small families but pumpering like that could be  dagerous to them.
If you noticed your pets gaining weight, you should take some measures but you keep in mind that there's no faster way. I mean, like human beings, diet and exercise work the most to lose weight. Then you can restrict the amount of intake or go outside for a walk as solutions and it is also necessary to care about garbage because pets eat refuse without your notice. They don't have an interest to choose healthy stuff by themselves like children.
          I hope this helps you!

Hi! Today I'm gonna introduce how Russian drink vodka.

Since Russia is very cold, this country has developed own alcohol culture. Like, they often drink vodka which basically consists of 40% alcohol to keep them warm and this was indispensable for them to survive in Russia. The most strongest one is 96% by the way, which is called "SPIRYTUS".

Then, the way to drink is also interesting. They never drink vodka little by little but drink straight up after pouring in a shot glass. And they often eat pickles with it, drinking even liquids of pickles to avoid hangover.
Besids, vodka has to be as cold as frozen so it has much body but it's not actually frozen because it almost consistes of alcohol.

And, of course, saying cheers is a vital ritual when you drink. In Russian, cheers is "за здоровье" meaning "to health". Vodka is not good for your health though. They often die because of the excessive drinking.
So the moderaition is very important, drinking occasion is fun thing though. And you should drink with your responsibility, othewise play more video games.
